Emma Coffman is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Animal Science and serves as host of Ranchworthy, a YouTube series produced in partnership with the Texas A&M AgriLife Center for Grazinglands and Ranch Management. Through this work, she highlights science-based grazing management, producer innovation, and practical strategies that strengthen ranch profitability and long-term land stewardship across Texas and beyond.

As Founder and CEO of Double E Ranch Advocacy LLC, Emma leads agricultural education and outreach initiatives that connect research, producers, policymakers, and consumers through accurate, research-driven storytelling. Her professional background includes experience in livestock nutrition, animal health, and supply chain verification, with roles at Purina and Zoetis, as well as independent consulting within the livestock sector.

Emma’s leadership and commitment to advancing the beef industry have earned her national recognition from the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, including being named 2024 Beef Advocate of the Year and a 2025 Trailblazer. Her work has been featured in national and international publications, and she regularly speaks at industry forums on beef production, rangeland stewardship, and food system transparency.

In addition to her work with Texas A&M AgriLife, Emma serves as an agricultural reporter for KLBK and KAMC News in Lubbock, Texas, further advancing informed dialogue around modern agriculture.
