Lydia Salsbury, Ph.D Student

Howdy! My name is Lydia Salsbury, and I am a PhD student here in the Center for Grazinglands and Ranch Management. I earned my undergraduate degree in Bioenvironmental Science here at Texas A&M as part of the class of 2022.

I later received my Master of Science in Animal Science at THE Ohio State University in Spring of 2025, focusing on Grassfed Beef Agroecosystems. I am excited to continue my academic career by conducting research on Soil Carbon Dynamics for Rangeland Beef Cattle Production Systems under Dr. Jeff Goodwin.
